This website provides information about John Mishler’s real estate services and allows visitors to send an inquiry. It does not ask visitors to create an account.
Information you choose to provide
If you call, text, or submit the contact form, the information you provide may be used to respond to your inquiry and assist with your real estate needs. Contact-form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service.
Website and third-party services
This website counts visits, pages viewed, and clicks on home search, seller, and contact links. It stores daily totals without names, IP addresses, or individual browsing histories. Your browser’s session storage helps count each visit once per session.
Home search and home value links open John’s Garrett Realty Partners pages, which have their own privacy practices. The Areas Served page includes a map supplied by OpenStreetMap. When that map loads, OpenStreetMap may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information under its own privacy practices. This website does not sell personal information.
Fair housing
Real estate services are offered without discrimination in accordance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
